Rob heads our Essex & Suffolk Land & New Homes Centre, overseeing all aspects of this business and co-ordinating our land & new homes strategy throughout the region.
Rob has worked with and advised multiple development companies on delivering exciting new schemes to the market, and the creation of their branding in line with each client’s aspirations. He has had the opportunity to work on developments with the likes of Crest Nicholson, Home Group, Bellway, Sanctuary Housing, Redrow, Barratt David Wilson, Essex County Council and Orbit Homes.
With over 20 years industry experience Rob has worked across a whole spectrum of schemes to maximise the return on our clients sites for a vast number of RSL’s, private developers and local authorities.

Lisa Sandford
Lisa is based on site for us and is involved with all aspects of the sales process. She works with our buyers and developer clients from first enquires and viewings, through the reservation stage and all the way up to moving buyers into their new homes, helping to make their home move a memorable event. Lisa is enthusiastic, organised and a level headed person with the determination to succeed. She has good communication skills and thrives on giving the best customer journey.
